Description of Service

Grid10X is a habit tracking application that allows users to:

• Create habits
• Track daily completions
• Visualize progress through grid-based views
• Access free and premium features through Grid10X Pro

The App also uses analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve the user experience, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected misuse
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

Grid10X currently supports authentication through:

• Email and password
• Sign in with Apple

Subscriptions and Payments

Grid10X offers premium functionality through Grid10X Pro.

According to the current in-app terms, premium purchase options may include:

• Monthly subscription
• Yearly subscription
• Lifetime purchase option

Billing terms

• Payment is charged through your Apple ID or other applicable platform account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal deadline set by the platform
• Renewal charges may occur within 24 hours before the end of the then-current subscription period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or platform account settings
• Refund handling is generally governed by the applicable app marketplace

Free trials

If offered, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

Premium Access and Purchase Management

Grid10X uses RevenueCat to manage premium entitlements, purchase restoration, and paywall/customer-center experiences.

We may verify whether your account has an active premium entitlement in order to unlock paid features.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the App’s functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where prohibited by law
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access the App without permission

Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, layout, and non-user-generated content, is owned by Grid10X or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of the habit data and other content you create in the App.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service to you.

Analytics and Data Collection

By using the App, you acknowledge that Grid10X uses analytics tools, including PostHog, to collect product usage information as described in the Privacy Policy.

This analytics data is used to:

• Improve App functionality and user experience
• Identify and fix technical issues
• Understand feature usage and inform product decisions

The in-app legal copy states that analytics data is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

The App depends on third-party providers to operate. These currently include:

• Supabase for authentication and database services
• RevenueCat for subscription management and purchase verification
• PostHog for product analytics
• Apple and related platform services for billing and authentication functionality on supported devices

Your use of the App may also be subject to the applicable terms and policies of these providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grid10X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Account Termination and Deletion

You may stop using the App at any time.

The current app implementation also allows users to delete their account through the App settings. Upon deletion:

• Account information and habit data are intended to be permanently removed
• Your right to use account-based functionality ends
• Some anonymized analytics data may be retained where it can no longer be linked back to you

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Important subscription note

Deleting your Grid10X account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable platform account settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we may provide notice through the App, email, or other appropriate means.

Governing Law

The current in-app terms state that these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you want to publish this on your website, you may want to replace this with a more specific jurisdiction and venue once finalized.

Apple-Specific Terms

• These Terms are between you and Grid10X, not Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App
• Apple is not responsible for product claims, warranties, or legal claims relating to the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, as applicable
