What happens if I miss a day?
The square stays empty. No penalties, just the truth. Grid10X focuses on consistency rather than punishment. Empty squares are part of your journey, not failures.
Can I track habits multiple times per day?
No. Once per day keeps the grid clean. This design choice prevents obsessive tracking and maintains the simplicity of one square = one day.
Is my data private?
Yes. All data is stored securely in Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS). We use industry-standard encryption and never sell your data to third parties.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes up to 5 habits, weekly/monthly views, and basic insights. Pro adds unlimited habits, yearly grid view, advanced insights, data export, and priority support for $2.99/month.
Can I change my habits later?
Yes, you can delete habits at any time through the manage habits screen. The grid squares will be removed, but you can always create new habits.
Does Grid10X work offline?
Yes, you can mark habits complete offline. The app will sync when you're back online. Your data is stored locally and backed up to the cloud when connected.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime through your device's app store (App Store or Google Play). No questions asked, no hassle.
